Effective Date: January 1, 2026 | Last Updated: July 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to the Medivane website, partner portal, licensing purchases, and related online services. By using the Services you agree to these Terms. This text is a working draft pending counsel review.
You must provide accurate registration information and protect account credentials. You may not reverse engineer licensing controls, misuse APIs, distribute malware, or attack Medivane infrastructure. Fees for lifetime branch licenses are as published at purchase; refunds follow the checkout provider and order terms shown at purchase.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medivane’s liability for claims under these Terms is limited to amounts you paid Medivane for the Services in the six months preceding the claim. Contact legal or commercial questions via sales@medivane.com or support@medivane.com.
