This Privacy Policy explains how Medivane ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit our website, access the partner portal, or use our licensing gateway. This text is a working draft pending counsel review.
Information we collect is limited to what is necessary for licensing and operations: hardware fingerprints used to bind lifetime licenses, network/IP telemetry for abuse prevention, and administrative account data (name, email, payment history) for portal users.
We use this data to validate licenses, prevent piracy and abuse, process billing, and support licensed pharmacy partners. We do not sell personal data. Sub-processors (hosting and payment) are bound by data-processing agreements. Retention: active licensing telemetry up to 90 days before anonymization; administrative records for the contract term plus applicable financial-record periods.
