End User License Agreement
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 | Last Updated: July 2026. This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a contract between you (individual or entity) and Medivane covering installation and use of Medivane pharmacy software binaries and related components. This text is a working draft pending counsel review.
Medivane grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and operate the Software on licensed branch hardware for which a valid lifetime license has been issued. Licenses are hardware-bound. You may not redistribute, sublicense, circumvent hardware binding, or run the Software on unlicensed machines.
Title and intellectual property remain with Medivane. Unauthorized copying or circumvention may result in license revocation. Export and local law compliance are your responsibility. Contact support@medivane.com for licensing questions.
